14. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF CARSON AND PHILLIPS 66 COMPANY TO RESOLVE A MATTER OF PENDING LITIGATION; PHILLIPS 66 v. CITY OF CARSON, LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 23STCV14355 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the Settlement Agreement Between City of Carson and Phillips 66 Company; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Settlement Agreement and any related documents necessary to fully and resolve the contract dispute.
