17. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO 1. FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No.1 to Agreement with Cheng-Wei Pong DBA Pong Consulting for Software Development Services, for an increased amount not to exceed of $69,960, increasing the total contract sum to $133,800.00; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
