3-C. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION DECLARING UNCLAIMED MONIES AS PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF MONTEREY PARK AND ORDERING IT TRANSFERRED TO THE CITY’S GENERAL FUND PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §§ 50050, ET SEQ. It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a Resolution declaring unclaimed monies as property of the City of Monterey Park and ordering it transferred to the City’s General Fund; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
