CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING ON CONSIDERATION OF IMPLEMENTING A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE FOR GOLF TEE TIME BOOKINGS Continued public hearing to consider the implementation of a booking deposit fee for the reservation of tee time at the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course. The proposed booking deposit fee of $10 per tee time aims to enhance reservation efficiency, reduce no-shows, and improve access for golfers seeking tee times. The deposit fee is proposed to be applied towards the total green fee at the time of golfer check-in with the Starter Office.
