7. 2024 6TH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS 25-206 REPORT RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council receive and file the 2024 6th Cycle Housing Element Annual Progress Report (APR) for submittal to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LUCI), formerly known as the Office of Planning and Research (OPR).
