4.5 AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS FOR SOLID WASTE HAULER COMPLIANCE AUDIT SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Award an agreement to HF&H Consultants for Solid Waste Hauler Compliance Audit Services; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with HF&H Consultants; and 3. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to HF&H Consultants up to $62,444 plus $6,244 (10% of the agreement amount) to allow for contingencies, totaling $68,688.
