11. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3860 WITH BEROKOFF ELECTRIC RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3860 between the City of Montebello and Berokoff Electric for a One (1) Year Extension (through June 30, 2026); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
