10. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3878 WITH SHOCKWAVE ELECTRIC RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3878 between the City of Montebello and Shockwave Electric for a One (1) Year Extension to June 30, 2026; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
