9. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3972 WITH SEBASTIAN WATERWORKS (DBA MR. ROOTER PLUMBING) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3972 between the City of Montebello and Sebastian Waterworks Inc., (dba Mr. Rooter Plumbing) for a One (1) Year Extension through June 30, 2026; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
