15. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-24 TO AUTHORIZE SUBMISSION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 LOW-CARBON TRANSIT OPERATIONS PROGRAM (LCTOP) FUNDING AND AUTHORIZE SUBMITTING MONTEBELLO BUS LINES’ LINE 20 FREE FARE PROJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-24 to authorize submitting Authorized Agent and Certifications and Assurances forms required to receive Fiscal Year 2024-25 Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) funding for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) Line 20 Free Fare Project; and 2. Authorize submitting MBL’s Line 20 Free Fare Project to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and 3. Take such additional, related action as may be desirable.
