11. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution 25-04-15-XX, entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DANA POINT AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of Orange.
