Approve the Employment Agreement with Daniel Padilla for the position of Director of Public Works subject to any non-substantive changes made by Chief Executive Officer and the City Attorney, and subject to conditions precedent reflected in the agreement; and 2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Employment Agreement with Daniel Padilla.
