F. Approval of Fourth Modification to Agreement with Origami Risk, Inc. for Claims Management\nSoftware Subscription Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a fourth modification to agreement\n#10275 in the amount of $810,525 with Origami Risk, Inc., an Illinois-based company, for\nRisk Management Information System software subscription services for the Finance\nDepartment. This will result in a thirteen-year amended agreement with a new total\namount not to exceed $1,764,278 with future year funding contingent on Council budget\napproval; and\n2. Adopt a finding of no significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense\nExemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
