G. Approval of First Modification to Agreement #11295 (CCS) with Arcadis U.S., Inc. for Updating the\nCity's Water and Sanitary Sewer Master Plans.\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301(b)(3) of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to Agreement\n11295 (CCS) in the amount of $105,550 with Arcadis U.S., Inc and extend the agreement\nto June 30, 2026, for updating the City’s Domestic Water and Wastewater Master Plans.\nThis will result in a four-year amended agreement with a new total amount not to exceed\n$910,710, with future year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
