Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for the First Street Storm Drain\nProject\nRECOMMENDATION:\nReject the bid submitted by Pacific West Underground and accept\nremaining bids and award a contract to the next responsible bidder, Kirtley\nConstruction, Inc. dba TK Construction, for the First Street Storm Drain\nProject in the amount of $563,848 and authorize the City Manager to\napprove contract change orders up to 10 percent of the total bid amount.
