FOR CITYWIDE MAIL\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $130,000 PER FISCAL YEAR,\nREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 24-035AH\nThat the City Council:\na. Award RFP 24-035AH to Nextday Delivery Service, Inc. for citywide mail\nmanagement services, including postage costs.\nb. Approve the Maintenance General Services Agreement with Nextday Delivery\nService, Inc. for an initial term of March 20, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the\namount of $130,000 per fiscal year, with two additional two-year extensions\nthrough June 30, 2030, and waive all minor irregularities in the proposal.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance General\nServices Agreement with Nextday Delivery Services, Inc. in the amount of\n$130,000 per fiscal year, including any non-substantive extensions, change\norders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in\nCorona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$13,000.
