Approve the Terms and Conditions for the Construction, Operations, and\nMaintenance of the WRCRWA Recycled Water Pump Station and On-Site\nReservoir between the City of Corona, City of Norco, Jurupa Community Services\nDistrict, Home Gardens Sanitary District, Western Municipal Water District, and\nthe Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority.\nc. Award RFP 24-035AH to Nextday Delivery Service, Inc. for citywide mail\nmanagement services, including postage costs.\nb. Approve the Maintenance General Services Agreement with Nextday Delivery\nService, Inc. for an initial term of March 20, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the\namount of $130,000 per fiscal year, with two additional two-year extensions\nthrough June 30, 2030, and waive all minor irregularities in the proposal.\nc. Approve the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Calgon Carbon\nCorporation for the granular activated carbon media purchase and regeneration,\nfor a term of two years with two optional two-year extensions in the amount of\n$350,000 per year with an end date of June 30, 2029.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance/General\nServices Agreement with Calgon Carbon Corporation in the amount of $350,000\nper fiscal year, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders,\npurchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized by Corona\nMunicipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or $35,000.\nc. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $350,000 from the Water Utility\nFund 570 to the Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Plant Media Replacement\nCapital Improvement Project No. UT-2023-16.\nd. Make a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.140(B) that\ncompetitive bidding is not required for this purchase based upon the reasons\nprovided in this report.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above actions.
