18. BID & PURCHASE - FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH GHD, INC. FOR WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS DESIGN\nAgenda\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with GHD,\nInc. for Water Treatment Systems Design to increase the compensation by\n$310,000 and extend the contract term through June 30, 2026.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment\nwith GHD, Inc., in the amount of $560,000, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to\n10% or $56,000.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
