Approve ZTA2024-0001, as recommended by the Planning and Housing\nCommission.\nb. Introduce, by title only, and waive full reading of consideration of Ordinance No.\n3391, first reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 17.87 (Density Bonus\nAgreements and Development Agreements), Section 17.91.070 (Findings for\nApproval) of Chapter 17.91 (Precise Plans) and Chapter 17.100 (Architectural\nReview Board) of Title 17 of the Corona Municipal Code and adding Chapter\n17.67 (Low Barrier Navigation Center) to the Corona Municipal Code (ZTA2024-\n0001).
