Adopt the Plans and Specifications for the City Park Pool and Building Demolition\nProject, No. FC-2023-08, Notice Inviting Bids 24-049AS.\nc. Award Notice Inviting Bids 24-049AS to Interior Demolition, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsive, responsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $351,880, and waive\nall minor irregularities in the bidding document as submitted by the said bidder.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction\nContract with Interior Demolition, Inc. in the amount of $351,880, including any\nnon-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.050(H)\nAgenda\nwhich is equivalent to 10% or $35,188.\ne. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to Interior\nDemolition, Inc. in the amount of $351,880.
