REPORT - 2023 ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT FOR THE GENERAL PLAN AND\nHOUSING ELEMENT, FOR SUBMITTAL TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF\nHOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF\nPLANNING AND RESEARCH, INCLUDING A REPORT ON LOW-MODERATE-INCOME\nHOUSING ASSET ACTIVITY\nThat the City Council receive the General Plan and Housing Element Annual\nProgress Report to be submitted to the California Department of Housing and\nCommunity Development and Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, for the 2023\ncalendar year.\nThat the Corona Housing Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary,\ndirect that the City Council take the above actions.
