9) CONSIDERATION OF PURCHASE OF TACTICAL BULLETPROOF VESTS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT It is recommended that the City Council authorize the purchase of thirty-four (34) Project 7 tactical bulletproof vests directly from Aardvark of La Verne, CA, for a total of $144,452.40, including taxes, using federal equitable sharing funds previously budgeted in Fund 117.
