6. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-676 purchase order to Romtec, Inc. (“Romtec”), in an amount not to exceed $554,973, for final design and supply of building material for the structures at the proposed El Corazon Park Site 1 and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the purchase order.
