2-A. UPDATE ON PERMANENT MEMORIAL EFFORTS AND REQUEST FOR DIRECTION ON BUDGET AND RFP DEVELOPMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Providing direction on a preliminary project budget for the development of a permanent memorial; (2) Approving the draft community survey to help inform and guide the design process; (3) Directing staff to incorporate this information into a Request for Proposals (RFP); and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
