3-D. ADOPTING A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INTERIM DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 21221(H) AND EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. N-25-20 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution requesting appointment for the position of Interim Director of Community Development pursuant to Government Code § 2122(H) and Executive Order No. N-25-20; (2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Monterey Park and the Interim Director of Community Development in a form approved by the City Attorney; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
