6) CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSITION A EXCHANGE WITH FOOTHILL TRANSIT It is recommended that the City Council approve the following: 1. Exchange of $2,000,000 in Proposition A Local Return funds for $1,500,000 in general funds with Foothill Transit; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment Agreement with Foothill Transit, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
