4. Amending No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-58-AC with Executive Management Security, Inc.\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-58-AC with Executive Management\nSecurity, Inc., extending the term of the Agreement up to and including June 30, 2024; and\nb. Approving the appropriation of $95,321.25 in General Fund monies to compensate for services\nalready rendered and to continue services until June 30, 2024.\nc.
