9. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF TASK ORDERS WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC. &\nSEITEC, INC. FOR PROVIDING DESIGN QUALITY CONTROL REVIEW SERVICES AND\nPREPARING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES FOR THE CITY HALL\nSTORMWATER DIRECT REUSE PROJECT\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approving:\n1. A Task Order under an existing Master On-Call Professional Services Agreement with HOR\nEngineering, Inc. (HDR) for design quality control review services related to the City Hall\nStormwater Direct Reuse Project in the amount of$24,980; and\n2. A Task Order under an existing Master On-Call Professional Services Agreement with SEITec,\nInc. (SEITec) to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates related to the City Hall Stormwater\nDirect Reuse Project in the amount of $80,251.
