Claim Rejection\nIt is recommended that the City Council reject the following claim and\ndirect staff to send the appropriate notice of rejection to claimant:\n• Anthony Clinton The claimant alleges bodily injury.\n• Felipe Escamilla The claimant alleges bodily injury.\n• Jasmyne Silva Misdirected Claim\nThis government claim, and all government claims, should be considered\nas potential lawsuits in the future. Thus, it is requested that all City Staff,\nthe Mayor and all Council Members refrain from making any statements,\nwhether public or private in nature. It is important that no statements be\nmade so as to not prejudice this claim in any way which can happen if\npublic or private comments are made about this claim by City staff or\nCouncil Members.
