Approve a Request for Service Proposal with Evan Brooks and\nAssociates, Inc (EBA) for Transit Route Efficiency Study for the City of\nBaldwin Park's Transit System\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the proposal from\nEvan Brooks Associates, Inc.(EBA) in the amount of $62,310 for the\ncompletion of the Transit Route Efficiency Study.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $62,310.00 from\nFund 244- Proposition A and make the necessary budget and\nappropriation adjustments.
