7. Authorize Purchase Orders and Expenditures at The Home Depot Center\nfrom Approved Fiscal Year 2023-24 Funds for Materials and Supplies in\nVarious Maintenance and Operations Cost Centers.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the expenditure of approved funds in the amount not-to-\nexceed $36,500 for purchase of materials and supplies from the\nHome Depot through June 30, 2024, and;\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget\ntransfers and adjustments, and;\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director to prepare and process the\nnecessary purchase order requisitions.
