17. FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 CONFIRMATION OF ANNUAL TAX RATE FOR VOTER APPROVED INDEBTEDNESS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Review and adopt the attached resolution establishing property tax override rates on voter approved indebtedness for retirement expenditures for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and, 2. Direct staff to forward the resolution to the Los Angeles County Auditor Controller within the required time limit; and, 3. Direct staff to take whatever additional actions necessary to ensure collection of the property tax override; and, 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
