2) CONSIDERATION OF TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE SAFE, CLEAN WATER PROGRAM – MUNICIPAL PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to execute a Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
