City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council introduce an 25-772 ordinance amending Chapter 29 of the Oceanside City Code to establish wastewater system capacity buy-in fee adjustments; introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 37 of the Oceanside City Code to establish water system buy-in fee adjustments; and direct staff to implement the capacity buy-in fee adjustments.
