18. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council accept $80,122 in 25-802 grant funds from the 2024 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) for Police and Fire Department equipment; appropriate these funds to the Fire and Police Departments; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related grant documents.
