Requested Action: That the City Council approve an agreement for\nconsultant services between the City of Jurupa Valley and Tripepi Smith to\ndevelop and implement a marketing strategy for the Retail Theft Prevention\n(RTP) Program in the amount of $24,200, utilizing funding from the Retail\nTheft Prevention Program.\n2. That the City Council authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any\nnecessary budget adjustments.
