APPROVAL OF PARCEL MAP NO. 38086; TRACTOR SUPPLY STORE\nLOCATED NORTHWEST OF ARMSTRONG ROAD AND SIERRA\nAVENUE, ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVAL\nOF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF\nIMPROVEMENT BONDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve Parcel Map 38086 and\naccept the dedication as follows:\na. Accept the real property described as an easement for street and\npublic utility purposes for Lots “A” through “B” inclusive.\nb. Accept the real property described as an easement for public\npurposes for abutter’s right of access along Sierra and Armstrong\nRoad.\nc. Accept the easement for reciprocal access blanket in nature across\nParcels “1” through “3” for ingress, egress and emergency vehicle\naccess.\nd. Accept easement indicated as “City of Jurupa Valley Sidewalk\nEasement” for the benefit of the public as shown on map.\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Parcel Map 38086.\n3. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n4. Accept the surety bonds for construction of related off-site improvements\nand survey monumentation.
