G. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nJURUPA VALLEY AND EXP U.S. SERVICES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING\nDESIGN SERVICES FOR PACIFIC AVENUE PEDESTRIAN AND\nBICYCLE IMPROVEMENTS, CIP 19106\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the First Amendment to\nthe Agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and EXP U.S. Services,\nInc. for Engineering Design Services for Pacific Avenue Pedestrian and\nBicycle Improvements for an additional $39,640 for a total not to exceed\ncontract amount of $211,475 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any necessary budget\nadjustments.
