RESOLUTION NO. - First Amendment to Contract DA-5648 with The ACT 1 Group Inc. dba AgileOne: To increase the contract value by $270,996, for new total not to exceed $520,996, and extend the term by six (6) months, covering management and operation of the online employment portal for the Los Angeles World Airports First Source Hiring Program\nPURPOSE: Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is requesting an amendment to the current contract with $270,996 additional contract authority and a contract term extension of six (6) months so that The Act 1 Group Inc. dba AgileOne may operate the First Source Hiring Program online employment portal without gaps in service while LAWA develops its online job portal with its selected Information Management and Technology Division vendor.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find that the work can be performed more economically or feasibly by an independent contractor than by City employees; approve the First Amendment to Contract DA-5648 with The ACT 1 Group Inc. dba AgileOne; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said First Amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney and approval by the Los Angeles City Council.
