6) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING PHASE SERVICES FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL & PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROJECT - PROJECT NO. ATPL05259(032) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2025-04 for Preliminary Engineering Phase Services for the Safe Routes to School & Pedestrian Safety Project to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $183,611.37, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
