Award Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2025-03 for Traffic Signal Design Services for the Citrus Street and Cameron Avenue Traffic Signal Design Project to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $122,343.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
