25. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE PURCHASING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MISSION CRITICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS INC. (MCIS) (C22-045) FOR INTEROPERABLE PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to add products and services to the Scope of Services for an additional amount of $175,768.13 thereby increasing the total not to exceed contract sum to $395,702.67. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
