4.13 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MIKE LINARES FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (“CDBG”) ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES Recommended Action: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to the professional services agreement with Mike Linares, Inc. for CDBG Consultant Services to increase the compensation amount by $31,500 for a total of $144,000, and extending the term to June 30, 2026.
