4.12 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GMU ENGINEERS AND GEOLOGISTS FOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL AND MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with GMU Engineers and Geologists to perform geotechnical and materials testing services that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of $300,000; and 2.
