4.11 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH NIEVES LANDCSAPE, INC. FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with Nieves Landscape, Inc. to perform landscape maintenance services that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $200,000 for a total amount of $1,090,000; and 2.
