4.9 AGREEMENT WITH ITERIS, INC. ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS Recommended Action: 1. Approve an agreement with Iteris, Inc. to perform on-call traffic engineering services for traffic signal operations; and 2.
