17. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council award a public 25-755 works agreement to GC Landscaping & General Construction, Inc., in the amount of $225,712, and authorize a 10% owner-controlled contingency ($22,571), for construction of the Mission Basin Well 2 Access Improvements; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
