City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the 25-795 Professional Services Agreement (PSA) in the amount of $49,501 with Vista Community Clinic (VCC) for the Club 55 Senior Fitness Program at 448 Country Club Lane and authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute the agreement.
