21. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Public 25-858 Works Agreement with Brightview Landscape Services for installation of landscape-related enhancements to the entrance and frontage area of the Oceanside Municipal Golf Course located at 825 Douglas Drive and adjacent City-owned property leased by Pro-Kids at 821 Douglas Drive, with total compensation of $65,000; and approve a Purchase Order in an amount not to exceed $65,000; authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents, and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee to execute the purchase order.
