19. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the 25-845 Professional Services Agreement with Enterprise Technology Services, LLC, for a total contract amount of $727,536, for JD Edwards annual software support services for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2027-28, with an option to extend for fiscal years 2028-29 through 2029-30, for an amount not to exceed $522,129 for a total not to exceed amount of $1,249,665; approve it as a sole source; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
